Fresh Food Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept food returns once an order has been prepared, served, or delivered.
If Something Isn’t Right
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do our best to fix it. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if: you received the wrong item, something was missing from your order or there was a preparation issue

Delivery App Orders
If you ordered through a delivery app (Just-Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats) their refund process may apply—but we’re always happy to assist.
Fair Use
All refunds and replacements are handled fairly and reviewed case by case by our management team.
